Kent and Medway

1st Sturry is a fairly large group of about 28 kids & 8 hardworking dedicated leaders. We meet every Monday at the local Guide and Scout HQ. We do loads of different activities such as climbing, air rifle shooting, fire lighting and of course camping. There has been a scout group in Sturry for over 10 years.

For the activity of STIXX Challenge, we split up the main group into two smaller groups (A+B). Group A then made a bunch of STIXX all having a go on the machines, while group B sat down and were asked to plan out the tower they were going to make, after 25 min, the two groups swapped around and then complete the same tasks. All the STIXX made was then equally distributed between the 6 packs, they were then challenged with building the tallest tower in 15 min.
