What is The Swale Health and Care Event?

A jointly run event that aims to get students excited about jobs in the Health and Care sector. It will play a vital role in inspiring the UK’s future Heath and care professionals at a regional, local and school level.

There will be informative talks, hands-on exhibits, interactive workshops and a wide range of careers information from local and national employers – these are the kind of things you could expect to find at The Swale Health and care Event.

The aim of this event is too give young people the opportunity to meet with a variety of health and social care professionals to discover the diverse career opportunities available across the sector. There will be interactive and inspiring workshops, career specific market stalls and lots of information and guidance on how to access jobs and gain a better understanding of the progression routes that lead to rewarding and stimulating local careers in health and social care.
Workshops are to be pitched at audiences in Year 10 and Sixth form.

Do you work in health care, and want to share your experience and inspire students ? Please see flyer for details of how you can volunteer for this event.
